BEWARE!!! I canceled my account with this company last year, and after that I come to find out that they continued  to charge my credit card a $10 fee for twelve months without my authorization and now they refuse to refund me.

Terrible customer service. I needed a toll free number for my business needs and registered an account at tollfreeforwarding.com. I've started giving this number to my clients. Later i got an e-mail saying my phone number was suspended, i've contacted their customer support and they said that they've suspended my account because my location changed(i use dotvpn browser extension). They've asked me to send them a copy of my id and my credit card, and i did that. That wasn't enough though, they wanted me to print a form, fill it in by hand, take a picture of it and send it to them. Yeah... no. I've already started using another service, and i'm still getting e-mails from them...

I signed up for this service because of the international call forwarding that they advertise. Apparently every time when you try to forward your call to an international number your account is getting suspend. Before I signed up I clearly asked if they can do international call forwarding and the rep said yes......but nobody in this company knows what they doing, tech support is clueless and  seems like this is mom&pop shop running out of the basement.

SCAM ALERT. I can only believe that the positive reviews here for this company are made by employees and owners of the company. This service is part of an international telemarketing scam. They will harass you many times daily for years. If you, dear reader, have any experience with them or advice to give on how to stop these harassing phone calls I would greatly appreciate it!

    be careful!

I was billed 2000 dollars in a few hours when I normally spend 100 dollars per month. There is no way to limit how much you can be billed, so if you have your credit card in their system and some error occur they will just bill you over and over.

I closed my account and will never trade with them again

    Just an awful service.

I have ordered a number of phone numbers of Toll Free Forwarding and half the time they do not connect or forward to the phone number requested - poor lines.

On a few times, I have bought a number only to realise it is a 2nd hand number  i.e. some company was using it before and in some cases still had it listed on website - why are tff still selling old 2nd hand phone numbers?

The worst strike against TFF is they charge your card what they like?  I owed less then $400 in one instance and they charged my card $880?????? I had to take the card down from their site.

Their customer service is just awful, I can actually say probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.....

Well I've used these guys for years, the phone numbers break down a lot and clearly when you call to report, they nearly blame you. The other and main concern I have with this company is they charged my credit card $800.00 in a month for services which came to $300. I had to take the card off the system. The last problem I have is that the phone numbers they sell aren't new a lot of the time. They have being used by other customers and when they don't renew they are put immediately back on the system. I have had numbers in which I'm receiving calls for other people (i.e. the guy who had the number before me). Read less

Signed up for a free trial, and was subsequently billed during it.

They refunded my money and closed the account as soon as i rang up, no option to close the account on the website, no apology, no attempt to retain me as a customer once i had caught them out.

Seems like a scam, thank god i actually check my bank statements

This company is a certifiable scam! I am a senior citizen and these guys took me for thousands of dollars. I trIed to contact the owner (Travis May), but he eluded my calls and emails. He should be arrested. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!!!!
