Thank you for reaching out with your concerns and thank you for being a customer for the last 7.5 years!

I’ve read through your emails and I understand how you feel. In your case it makes the most sense, given your call volume, to move to the new $14 per month plan. If your call volume stays consistent, you and your company will definitely save money on the new rate.

Here is the difference between the two rates:

New Rate ($14.00 includes 200 landline minutes)

Old Legacy Rate ($19.77 includes over 600 landline minutes)

For most of our customers the old legacy rates were the better deal, so we didn’t automatically switch anyone. For your company (given your current call volume), the new rates are better so we have switched you to the new rate and given you a credit to cover the last 2 years ($19.77 - $14.00 x 24months = $138.48).

I’ve tried to call you several times to work this out, my calls have not been returned. I was hoping we could work this out to your satisfaction.

We have refunded your recent payments totaling $18 USD. Due to the large credits we previously provided, there have been no previous payments/charges on your account since 2016.

Despite the many credits we have provided and the fact that you haven’t paid for service in over a year, obviously you are still not happy with our service. Therefore, we ask that you port your number to another provider.

The porting process typically only takes about 3-5 business days. We will keep your account active until the port is complete or Feb 28, whichever occurs first.

We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations, we wish you the best with your new toll free carrier.
