We have refunded your recent payments totaling $18 USD.  Due to the large credits we previously provided, there have been no previous payments/charges on your account since 2016.

Despite the many credits we have provided and the fact that you haven’t paid for service in over a year, obviously you are still not happy with our service.  Therefore, we ask that you port your number to another provider.  

The porting process typically only takes about 3-5 business days.   We will keep your account active until the port is complete or February 28 2018, whichever occurs first.

We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations, we wish you the best with your new toll free carrier.
